Phorest's AI lives in its texting: Front Desk AI answers client SMS and WhatsApp messages and books, moves and cancels appointments around the clock. Nothing answers the phone, and its data assistant is still announced.
AI pricing: Front Desk AI is an add-on to any plan with no published price, and Phorest tracks AI messages in an AI usage report. The plans themselves are quote only.
A 24/7 assistant inside Phorest Chat that answers client SMS and WhatsApp messages and books, reschedules, cancels and confirms appointments from live availability, including deposits by payment link. It hands the conversation to staff when unsure. On SMS it only replies to clients the salon has already messaged.
