Mindbody is a long-standing platform serving day spas, wellness studios, and fitness businesses, with strong support for memberships, class and appointment scheduling, packages, and a big consumer app and marketplace for discovery. It covers booking, POS, client management, automated marketing, and reporting, and suits multi-service wellness businesses that sell recurring memberships and classes as much as one-off appointments. It skews toward larger or more complex operations.

Mindbody's AI Concierge answers client texts and website chat, texts back missed callers and books, moves and cancels in the live calendar, but does not pick up the phone itself. Weekly AI Insights summaries come with every plan, and a chat assistant for your own numbers is in beta.
