Package
A bundle of prepaid services sold together, usually at a slight discount, to lock in future visits.
A package is a set of services sold together and paid for upfront, such as six facials or a series of laser sessions, typically at a modest discount versus buying each one separately. Packages are a favorite in skincare, med spa, and massage because many treatments genuinely require a course to work, and selling the course upfront both improves the client's results and guarantees the visits.
The strategic value of a package is that it prepays and pre-commits. The revenue lands now, and the client has a concrete reason to keep returning until the package is used, which pushes up visit frequency and, through it, Client Lifetime Value (CLV). Since one extra visit per client per year can lift revenue as much as 30%, a six-visit package purchased in one decision is a large frequency win captured in a single transaction. Packages also raise the effective Average Ticket at the moment of sale.
Packages are close relatives of Membership (recurring rather than a fixed bundle) and Loyalty Program (rewards rather than prepayment), and they pair naturally with Pre-Booking to schedule the whole series at once. Sell and track redemption with retail and payments tools and a client CRM that flags when sessions are running low.
