Self-Booking
When a client books their own appointment end to end, with no staff member involved in the transaction.
Self-booking is the client-facing half of Online Booking: the client chooses the service, the provider, and the time and confirms it themselves, without a call, a text exchange, or anyone at the desk touching it. The distinction matters because a booking link that still requires a staff member to approve or manually enter each request is not truly self-service, and it keeps the labor (and the delay) on your side.
