Waitlist
A queue of clients who want a sooner or fully-booked slot, automatically offered openings the moment one frees up.
A waitlist is a standing list of clients who want an appointment that is not currently available, either a fully booked day or a more convenient time than they could get. When a slot opens through a cancellation or a schedule change, the system offers it to the next matching person on the list, usually by text, and books whoever accepts first. It turns your inevitable cancellations into filled chairs instead of dead time.
